Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products and small-batch production process, most envelopes are made to order specifically for each customer.

Returns
We accept returns only for unused and undamaged products in their original condition.
If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Colors and Paper Appearance
Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting conditions. Minor variations in paper texture and tone are part of the character of premium paper products and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the package and products.
We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days after the returned products are received and inspected.

Return Shipping
Unless the return is caused by our error or a damaged product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
